My swimming girls, Mary Grace and Olivia, swam in the Cinco de Mayo International Swim Meet this weekend. It was the first long course meet of the season.
Mary Grace had a great weekend. She's preparing to end the season as a 13 year old and is striving for new 13-14 year old time standards.The star of the weekend was Olivia. She has only swum in a 50 meter pool once, but was determined to swim all four strokes. She did such a great job, even placing 7th in the 8 and under age group in 50m freestyle.

50 meter freestyle
Olivia also swam the 50 meter butterfly and the 100 meter freestyle races. She worked hard this weekend to prove her skills. Way to go Olivia!
